What's New for the 2024 Toyota RAV4?

The already rugged Toyota RAV4 is getting even more exciting and adventurous in 2024. Many of the changes involve the RAV4 Woodland Edition, which has a newly available Weather Package this year. It adds heated front seats and rain-sensing windshield wipers to the SUV. The Woodland Edition is now available in a two-tone paint color featuring Army Green and a Midnight Black roof.

What Are the 2024 RAV4 Trims & Features?

There are six versions of the 2024 RAV4, starting with the LE. This is a well-equipped SUV with an 8-inch touchscreen, LED headlights, and a full suite of safety features. Option number two is known as the XLE, and it adds a power-adjustable driver's seat and dual-zone automatic climate control. Choosing the RAV4 XLE Premium will mean getting a sunroof, LED foglights, and a power liftgate.

The RAV4 Adventure lives up to its name with taller roof rails and standard hill descent control. Another excellent option for adventurous drivers is the TRD Off-Road, which gives drivers an off-road-tuned suspension and all-terrain tires. Finally, there is the RAV4 Limited, which provides drivers with a digital instrument panel and a premium sound system.

How Much Horsepower Does the 2024 RAV4 Have?

A four-cylinder engine paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission comes standard for every 2024 RAV4. This produces 203 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque. Both the Adventure and TRD Off-Road models have standard all-wheel drive. The remaining trim levels have front-wheel drive as the standard but can be upgraded to all-wheel drive as well.

What Safety Features Does the 2024 RAV4 Include?

The Toyota Safety Sense 2.5 bundle of advanced driver aids is included on every 2024 RAV4. This means the SUV has a lane-keeping system, adaptive cruise control, frontal-collision mitigation, and automatic high beams. Blind-spot monitoring becomes standard on the XLE and higher.
