What's New for the 2024 Toyota Tacoma?

Toyota describes their latest Tacoma as "reengineered from the ground up." They mean that, too. Everything about this truck's interior is refined down to a modern science. They've added major off-roading equipment and interior technology that will modernize your drive in unexpected and incredible ways. There's a new PreRunner and Trailhunter trim that will rev up off-road, adventuring to new levels.

What are the 2024 Tacoma Trims & Features?

The 2024 Toyota Tacoma trim lineup includes the SR, SR5, PreRunner, TRD Sport, TRD Off-Road, Limited, Trailhunter, and TRD Pro trims. The Tacoma's design is focused on being one of the best off-roading vehicles in the market. New trims like the Trailhunter will include Old Man Emu 2.5-inch shocks and a high-clearance front bumper. The TRD Pro adds the first-ever exclusive IsoDynamic performance seats for the entire class. No other truck comes with this kind of seating. It's designed to keep people comfortable during the roughest adventures. Early trims feature a double cab or XtraCab configuration with a 5-foot or 6-foot bed. LED headlamps and taillamps are a part of the Tacoma's design throughout the trim level lineup.

How Much Horsepower Does the 2024 Tacoma Have?

If you choose an early trim of the 2024 Tacoma, you'll get a 228-horsepower performance with 243 lb-ft of torque on the SR model. A second engine is available for the SR5 and higher trim lineup, producing 278 horsepower and 317 lb-ft of torque. An i-Force Max hybrid powertrain will also be available for this truck. It tops out at 326 horsepower and 465 lb-ft of torque. The newest Tacoma will be available for a test drive soon, and you can check out all three of these powertrains at our dealership.

What Safety Features Does the 2024 Tacoma Include

Toyota Safety Sense guards all their models, including the 2024 Tacoma. Last year's Tacoma got Toyota Safety Sense P, but they have yet to announce the official version of Safety Sense for their 2024 Tacoma. However, with all the other additions to the truck this year, it's likely that they'll add new safety features. Returning features include lane departure alert, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, and blind spot monitoring.
