2020 Tacoma Trims & Features

Available in a total of six trims, the 2020 Toyota Tacoma allows for plenty of customization. The SR is the least expensive trim, but buyers certainly don't get short-handed. This trim can be purchased with an extended or crew cab, a standard or short bed, and 16-inch steel wheels. Interior niceties include a Wi-Fi hotspot, a 7-inch screen display, and a six-speaker audio system. The SR5 trim adds a leather-wrapped steering wheel and an 8-inch screen. This trim can be purchased as a longer wheelbase version that combines the crew cab with the standard length bed.

The TRD Sport trim has the same configuration choices but comes with 17-inch alloy wheels, body-colored fender flares, a hood scoop, and an in-bed power outlet. This trim is available in an off-road version. The Limited trim is more refined and comes with 18-inch wheels, low-profile tires, and all of the interior options available on the lower trims. Finally, there's the TRD Pro trim, sold only as a crew cab. This trim has special exterior styling details, including a black grille and LED headlights, and it also boasts Fox internal bypass shocks. The TRD versions also boast a sunroof, heated front seats, and leather upholstery.

2020 Toyota Tacoma Horsepower

2020 Toyota TacomaThe SR trim is powered by a 2.7L engine rated at 159 horsepower that's mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive is standard, and all-wheel drive is optional on this and the uplevel trims. Manual transmission is available as an option on most trims. The SR5 trim can be ordered with the 3.5L V6 engine with its 278 horsepower. This engine is standard on the TRD Sport, and TRD Off-Road trims. It's also the sole engine choice on the Limited and TRD Pro versions. The TRD Pro is available only with four-wheel drive. It's worth noting that the TRD Off-Road trim has a lockable rear differential, Bilstein monotube shocks, and an advanced off-road traction system with crawl control.
