What Are the 2026 4Runner Trims & Features?
The 2026 Toyota 4Runner family starts off with the SR5. This trim level features alloy wheels, LED headlights, roof rails, and a power liftgate. Inside, it comes with an eight-speaker sound system, a keyless entry system, an eight-inch touchscreen display, and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
The TRD Sport, which is next, gets larger 20-inch wheels and heated exterior mirrors. Heated front seats are added, along with a digital instrument display and a wireless charging pad. Automatic climate control is also included.
The TRD Sport Premium, which gains a hands-free power liftgate, power-adjustable and ventilated front seats, a JBL sound system, a larger 14-inch infotainment screen, a heated steering wheel, and a driver's seat with memory settings. The seats are upgraded to synthetic leather, and this trim adds a surround-view camera.
The TRD Off-Road follows with all-terrain tires, running boards, multi-terrain driving modes, and off-road shock absorbers.
The TRD Off-Road Premium is next with all the features of the previous trim plus more off-road cameras.
Next in line is the Limited, which adds more luxury features, including leather seats, dual-zone climate control, and a sunroof. The Limited also has a sunroof and additional safety components.
The Platinum adds premium leather seats and second-row heated seats, along with a digital rearview mirror and a smartphone entry system.
The TRD Pro follows with a high-clearance grille, off-road shocks, special fenders, skid plates, and a performance exhaust system.
The Trailhunter features Emu off-road shocks, an air intake snorkel, bronze wheels, a roof rack, and steel skid plates.

How Much Horsepower Does the 2026 4Runner Have?
Most trims use a turbo 2.4L four-cylinder engine that produces 278 horsepower and 317 pound-feet of torque. The TRD Pro, Platinum, and Trailhunter trims have a hybrid system that produces 326 horsepower and 465 pound-feet of torque on all but the Trailhunter, which gets 323 pound-feet of torque.
