2027 Toyota Crown Model Review - Phoenix, AZ

What's New for the 2027 Toyota Crown?

The Crown returns for the 2027 model year with an updated look featuring a newly sculpted rear bumper. Meanwhile, Inked is the lineup's new exterior color option. A Saddle Tan interior color scheme is now available for the Limited and Platinum trims. To give the Platinum trim a more striking appearance, Toyota equips it with red brake calipers and black window trim.

While the performance specifications remain unchanged, Toyota has updated the base hybrid powertrain. Paddle shifters also come standard on the XLE, Limited, and Nightshade trims.

What Are the 2027 Crown Trims & Features?

Toyota offers the 2027 Crown in four distinct trims: XLE, Nightshade, Limited, and Platinum.

Even the entry-level Crown XLE delivers a luxurious driving experience. Standard equipment includes leather upholstery, a 12.3-inch multimedia touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration, leather-trimmed heated and ventilated front seats, and a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster.

If you desire a blacked-out look, check out the stealthy Nightshade Edition. Its 21-inch matte-black wheels and black exterior accents make a bold statement. A panoramic fixed-glass roof with a power sunshade and an 11-speaker JBL premium sound system are also included. Another option is the upscale Limited trim.

At the top of the lineup sits the flagship Crown Platinum. Not only does the Platinum trim deliver the most performance, but it also features Adaptive Variable Suspension and Dynamic Rear Steering. A head-up display and Advanced Park are also standard on the Crown Platinum.

What Safety Features Does the 2027 Crown Include?

Every new Crown comes standard with Toyota Safety Sense 3.0, a comprehensive suite of advanced safety features.
